something to add here that might interest some people, bleach seems to be popular around here, tho i haven't been watching the series lately. Urahara is my favorite character, he is mysterious tho easygoing on the exterior, weird and eccentric at the same time. you know he has a lot under his sleeves despite what he chooses to show. plus the hat is just awesome!!

i did this to learn digital painting, using layers to a minimum; i used only 2 at most here, not much lineart, just a rough sketch to get it started.

still very slow, my head hurts when trying to decide value and color at the same time... i will learn it with practice i suppose

another pitfall is i can't decide which level of polish is enough...

Critiques are very much appreciated. i know the feet suck as well as the background and the lighting is inconsistent. but im tired of looking at it... time to move on and learn.
